WHAT IS

The Sala Maffeiana, historic heart of the Accademia Filarmonica di Verona, is one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious music venues. Inaugurated in 1763 and enriched with neoclassical marble and stucco, it has hosted musicians and key figures in music history for centuries.

 

Today it still preserves an atmosphere of culture and beauty, where elegant architecture and excellent acoustics create a unique setting.

 

The Calvisius Arena Foyer offers an extraordinary evening in one of Verona’s most fascinating halls, where musical tradition meets the art of hospitality.

A SENSORY JOURNEY

During the opera season at the Arena di Verona, a highly select audience will have access to the Calvisius Arena Foyer located in Sala Maffeiana, part of the Accademia Filarmonica of Verona.

A unique experience that combines the timeless charm of opera with Calvisius products, in a refined setting surrounded by aromas, emotions, and history.

The experience includes Platinum orchestra seats, located in the Arena’s first three prestigious rows.

TASTING

A journey set in a unique setting: a tasting dedicated to fine caviar.

Each evening, an internationally renowned chef creates a menu featuring a sequence of courses, each enriched with different varieties of Calvisius caviar obtained from different species of sturgeon.

 

The experience begins with a refined dish that combines delicate flavors with caviar, stimulating the palate and preparing it for the courses that follow.

 

The main course celebrates the harmony between refined flavors and caviar. Finally, a dessert incorporates caviar in an innovative way, closing the tasting with a sophisticated note.

 

During the tasting, Fabio Palazzi presents the characteristics of the caviar used, turning the event into an unforgettable sensory journey.
